How much does TheClinicApp cost?

TheClinicApp has a monthly subscription based on the number of practitioners using the account. Admin staff are free and you can change the number of users at any time. Payment is by card via Stripe. Optional add-ons like SMS and automated emails are priced per message.

How can you offer TheClinicApp at such a low price?

We are keeping our admin costs low by having a completely web-based model. We use on-line collaboration software to provide targeted training and support. This allows us to offer probably the best value for money practice management software today.

Does TheClinicApp have an app?

TheClinicApp has been developed ground up as an App, using Angular, which is a web framework used to build powerful web applications.

What Support is included?

We believe TheClinicApp is extremely intuitive and easy to use. As such, we believe that our AI powered help and training videos will satisfy the vast majority of users. This allows us to offer the software at such a low price. However, if you do not find the answers you are looking for or wish to request some online training, you can always contact us via the Help system.

How do I know my Data is secure?

TheClinicApp runs in a secure environment using the very latest 256-Bit SSL encryption on every page. The web servers themselves are hosted in a state-of-the-art UK based data centre behind hardware and software firewalls patched up to the minute. You get your very own Microsoft SQL Server database separate from any other customer data which is automatically backed up every night. Both the application, and data layers behind TheClinicApp are both hosted on dedicated, UK based servers with GoogleCloud.

How do I sign up?

Once you have a trial account, which you can get by simply clicking the Start now button below, you can sign up by going into the Account Settings of the Settings section. Enter your payment details, amend the number of users if need be and that’s it!

Can I keep the data from my trial account once I sign up?

Yes, the data you enter in your trial account stays in  your account when you sign up.

Is TheClinicApp GDPR compliant?

Absolutely. TheClinicApp is designed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection regulation (GDPR), ensuring lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal data.
